Welcome to Bottle Track. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bottle Track website, software, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, and related services (“Services”) provided by Sales Track Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Bottle Track, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Electronic acceptance of terms and contracts can have legal validity under India's Information Technology Act, 2000.

• KSBCL purchase management and reconciliation

• Store and outlet management

• Reports and analytics

• Reorder suggestions

• Business dashboards

Features may vary depending on your subscription, plan, location, business requirements, and implementation.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

If you use Bottle Track on behalf of a company, business, outlet, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Bottle Track is intended primarily for legitimate business and commercial use.

3. Account Registration

Certain Bottle Track features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your account information up to date.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use strong and secure passwords.

• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

• Circumvent security mechanisms.

• Reverse engineer or decompile the software except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

• Attempt to disrupt or overload our systems.

• Access data belonging to another customer without authorization.

• Use the platform to violate applicable liquor, tax, business, privacy, or other laws.

• Misrepresent information supplied to Bottle Track.

• Use Bottle Track in a manner that could damage the platform or our reputation.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe that the Services are being misused.

6. Liquor Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

Bottle Track is a software and business management platform. It does not itself grant, provide, transfer, or guarantee any liquor licence, permit, approval, or regulatory authorization.

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permits, registrations, and approvals required to operate their business.

This may include applicable requirements relating to:

• Liquor licensing

• CL2, CL7, MRP outlet, bar, or restaurant operations

• KSBCL purchases

• Sales and stock records

• Pricing and MRP compliance

• Age restrictions

• Local excise requirements

• Tax and accounting requirements

• Other applicable state or central regulations

Bottle Track should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory advice.

7. Billing, Sales & Inventory Data

Bottle Track may provide tools for recording and managing sales, billing, inventory, purchases, and stock movements.

The customer remains responsible for:

• Entering correct information.

• Verifying transaction data.

• Maintaining accurate stock records.

• Reviewing reports.

• Ensuring correct product pricing.

• Ensuring appropriate tax/accounting treatment.

• Maintaining required statutory records.

Bottle Track does not guarantee that information entered by users will be accurate or complete.

8. KSBCL Integration

Where Bottle Track provides KSBCL-related functionality, including purchase imports, purchase management, reconciliation, or related workflows, such functionality is provided for operational convenience.

Customers remain responsible for verifying:

• Purchase information

• Quantities

• Product details

• Pricing

• Invoices

• Stock received

• Reconciliation results

Bottle Track does not represent that it is an official KSBCL platform unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

9. AI Features

Bottle Track may include AI-powered functionality such as:

• AI bottle recognition

• Bottle counting

• Inventory verification

• Demand forecasting

• Reorder recommendations

• Sales insights

• Business recommendations

AI-generated results are intended to assist business users and should not be treated as guaranteed or error-free information.

For example, AI bottle recognition may occasionally fail to identify a product correctly because of:

• Lighting conditions

• Obstructed bottles

• Similar packaging

• Camera quality

• Bottle orientation

• Image quality

• New or previously unseen products

Users should verify AI-generated results before relying on them for inventory, purchasing, financial, or operational decisions.

10. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Bottle Track may integrate with third-party services, APIs, payment providers, hosting providers, communication services, or other software.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

is owned by or licensed to Sales Track Technologies Pvt Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bottle Track or its intellectual property to you.

You receive only the limited right to use the Services during your authorized subscription or access period.

14. Customer Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business data and information that you lawfully provide to Bottle Track.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, display, and otherwise process that information solely for providing and improving the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

20. Suspension or Termination

• Your use creates a security risk.

• Your use violates applicable law.

• Required by a legal or regulatory authority.

• We discontinue the relevant Service.

• Third-party integrations will always operate without interruption.

• The platform will satisfy every specific business or regulatory requirement.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before making material business, financial, regulatory, or inventory decisions.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sales Track Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

This may include losses relating to:

• Business interruption

• Loss of anticipated savings

• Loss of business opportunities

• Data loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
